HELE Framework

About HELE

At Laya Creative Hub, we believe that true transformation begins by nurturing both inner healing and practical empowerment.

Our HELE Framework integrates art therapy, sound therapy, and creative livelihood programs to guide Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) toward personal growth, economic resilience, and community reintegration.

H — Holistic Empowerment

At the heart of Holistic Empowerment is our integration of the Innerdance Framework — a transformative, energy-based healing modality.

Through Innerdance Sound Journeys, somatic movement, art-based mindfulness, and guided introspection, participants reconnect with themselves, unlock trauma, build emotional resilience, and rediscover life purpose.

How it works:

✅ Innerdance Sound Sessions (Wake-REM Sound Experience)

✅ Somatic Movement & Breathwork

✅ Creative Journaling & Reflective Drawing

✅ Healing Circles & Conscious Dialogue

✅ Emotional Processing through Visual Art

The process mirrors the body’s natural sleep cycles (Wake-REM states) — promoting deep emotional healing beyond words through art, sound, and movement.

E — Economic Livelihood

Creative income = Sustainable freedom.

Through arts-based enterprises, vocational training, and financial literacy, we help PDLs build marketable skills that promote post-rehabilitation economic resilience.

Participants engage in:

✅ Creative product-making (prison art, sustainable packaging, handcrafted goods)

✅ Design thinking and innovation

✅ Financial literacy and entrepreneurship

L — Linkage & Marketing Strategies

Visibility turns healing into movement.

We build networks of support by collaborating with creative professionals, NGOs, government agencies, and brand partners.

Participants receive training in:

✅ Personal branding

✅ Storytelling through art and product creation

✅ Market positioning and product visibility

These efforts amplify the voices of PDL artists and makers, ensuring their stories and talents reach wider audiences.

E-Commerce Support

Digital access is social justice.

We empower PDLs to thrive in the digital economy by providing training in:

✅ E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Laya’s online shop)

✅ Digital product listings and marketing

✅ Online customer engagement and community building

This approach bridges creativity with technology, giving PDLs access to broader markets and sustainable income opportunities.
