Laya Gabriela Flores is the symbolic voice of the movement. She embodies what Laya stands for—resilience, artistry, and the courage to begin again. Through her stories and presence, we give voice to the many PDL artists whose work represents hope, not just survival.

About Us

Laya Creative Hub is a purpose-driven initiative that empowers Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) through arts, crafts, and culture-based livelihood programs. Rooted in the principles of restorative justice and fueled by creativity, we believe in turning confinement into a canvas for change.

Through skills training, heritage craft revival, and long-term reintegration support, we provide PDLs with the tools to reclaim their stories, rebuild their futures, and re-enter society with dignity.

We are more than an art program—we are a platform for second chances.

Mission

To empower Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) through skills enhancement, education, and restorative justice programs, fostering sustainable rehabilitation, reducing stigma, and ensuring long-term reintegration into society.
